YCHN303型花式捻線機(jī)采用新型紡機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。該控制系統(tǒng)由觸摸屏實(shí)現(xiàn)對系統(tǒng)的集中控制。系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)性好，控制精度高，使用方便。
工藝調(diào)控方便、快捷；
各羅拉轉(zhuǎn)速及退捻捻度均可無級調(diào)節(jié)；
機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)動平穩(wěn)、噪音低、斷頭率低；
可連續(xù)作業(yè)，不停機(jī)落紗，產(chǎn)量高；
本機(jī)型不僅能喂粗紗(毛條)，也能喂入細(xì)紗代替兩羅拉紡制圈圈紗和波紋紗。
本機(jī)可控制六臺變頻機(jī)，且具有同步調(diào)速功能。
本機(jī)可實(shí)現(xiàn)勻速運(yùn)行，分段運(yùn)行和兩段隨機(jī)運(yùn)行三種方式。
本機(jī)可存儲運(yùn)行參數(shù)，斷電不丟失，并且參數(shù)可隨時(shí)存儲及調(diào)用。
本機(jī)可對參數(shù)進(jìn)行在線調(diào)整。
